At periodic times, the WCHOA has provided for the recognition of homeowners who do an outstanding job in contributing to the overall appearance of the Watters Crossing. Generally, one winner is chosen from each of the three phases. Members of the Architectural Control Committee choose winners of the Award Winning Yards.
Items considered and used to determine winners include permanent landscaping, use of seasonal color, balance, use of greenery, trees and overall general appearance. Each winner will receive a $25.00 gift card to Lowes Home Improvement.
The ACC thanks the many homeowners who do such an outstanding job with their property in helping to contribute to the overall appearance of Watters Crossing.
