All deposit checks and Clubhouse rental checks will be deposited in the dropbox on the Clubhouse exterior to the left of the front door. Clubhouse deposit checks and payment
checks, written as two checks, are to be deposited in this dropbox within seven (7) days of your making your reservation on the Clubhouse calendar. Reservations will not be approved
from the calendar by the Clubhouse Coordinator if the deposit check and payment check have not been received during that time. As a reminder, the deposit is $200. Also, all checks must be
imprinted with a valid Watters Crossing residents name and address. Further information on Clubhouse rentals is at the Clubhouse link at www.watterscrossing.com
